Start by submitting a high-level project scope from our online form here or from the header. We respond and connect with you within the first 24 hours. We will book an initial 30 mins discovery call to understand your business and needs in more detail before taking things further.

We start with a clear Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, talent requirements, and what success looks like. Once agreed, pricing is straightforward and tied directly to that scope of work.

For most work, we price fixed-fee per phase so costs are known upfront. For ongoing or evolving work, we use a monthly retainer based on agreed capacity.

We’re also open to introducing a simple rate card for transparency on how pricing is built. That can sit underneath the SOW as a reference point, but we still prefer to quote the full project or phase so there’s no need to track hours or manage billing complexity.
